NICOLE MAYEFSKE -
Front of House/Tablescaper
SHE/HER
Nicole's got plenty of serving and coffee experience with a day job at the beloved brunch spot Modern Times in south Minneapolis but what she provides BCSC with her creative direction and beautiful ideas is gathered from much more than restaurant experience. Her creative mind helps flush out our table designs, food photography, seating logistics, dinner themes, and more.
Her calling as a healer doesn't hurt either. Her tarot business Big Mouth Tarot is flourishing where she delivers guidance to those who seek through readings, workshops, and more.
FRANNY BANNEN -
Voice of Reason
SHE/HER
Franny was raised to love all things food on an organic vegetable/pizza farm in beautiful West-Central Wisconsin. She has since worked a plethora of food jobs as a sorbet maker, line cook, cheese school assistant, pizza maker and most currently in the kitchen at the Wedge and being the voice of reason for BCSC.
The rest of the time you'll find her biking, gardening, finding amazing lamps at thrift stores, reading and getting excited about ice cream.
